Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The NP will assess patients, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. This role requires advanced clinical knowledge, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical histories.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including prescribing medications.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Perform minor medical procedures, such as suturing and wound care.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, health management, and treatment options.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work and imaging.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Skill & Experience

Required:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP).
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP-C or FNP-BC).
  • Active State/National RN and NP license.
  • Excellent clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience as an NP in a hospital, clinic, or private practice.
  • Experience in specialized areas such as cardiology, family medicine, or urgent care.
  • Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
